1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, including email address, phone number, habit preferences, and subscription status. We also collect usage data such as reminder interactions and call metadata.
2. Use of Information
Your data is used to deliver reminders, personalize coaching, process payments, provide support, and improve the Service.
3. Voice & Messaging Data
HabitCan generates voice reminders using text-to-speech providers. Calls are not recorded by default. Metadata such as call time and status may be stored.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate HabitCan. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal or billing requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
HabitCan is not intended for users under 18.
