Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
2. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds may be issued at HabitCan's discretion for duplicate charges or technical errors. Requests must be made within 7 days.
3. Free Trials
Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
4. Failed Payments
Failed payments may result in service limitation or suspension.
