Welcome to HabitCan ("HabitCan", "we", "our", "us"). HabitCan provides an AI-powered habit coaching service that delivers reminders via voice calls, SMS, and notifications.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
HabitCan allows users to create habits, schedule reminders, and receive automated voice calls or messages using AI-generated personas. The Service is intended for personal productivity and self-improvement only and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
2. Eligibility & Consent
You must be at least 18 years old and own or be authorized to use the phone number you provide. You expressly consent to receiving automated calls and messages from HabitCan. You may pause or stop communications at any time.
3. Communications
By using HabitCan, you consent to receiving automated voice calls, SMS, or notifications. Carrier charges may apply. HabitCan is not responsible for carrier delays or failures.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
HabitCan offers paid subscription plans billed in advance through third-party payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass limits, harass others, or interfere with system operations.
6. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. HabitCan may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
HabitCan is not liable for missed reminders, failed calls, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous three months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of TBD.
