Morning Routine Builder

Design a morning routine that sets you up for success.

Building Blocks of a Great Morning

Wake Up at a Consistent Time
Set your alarm for the same time every day — even on weekends. Consistency trains your internal clock.
Tip: Start with just 15 minutes earlier than usual and adjust gradually.
Hydrate First
Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Your body is dehydrated after sleep.
Tip: Keep a glass or bottle of water by your bedside.
Read or Journal for 10 Minutes
Feed your mind with something inspiring or get your thoughts on paper.
Tip: Keep a book and notebook on your desk so it's ready to go.
Move Your Body
Even 5-10 minutes of stretching, yoga, or light exercise wakes up your body and sharpens your focus.
Tip: Try a short yoga flow, a quick walk, or 10 jumping jacks.
Review Your Day (5 Minutes)
Look at your schedule and priorities for the day. Identify your top 3 tasks.
Tip: Write down your MITs (Most Important Tasks) before checking email or social media.
Do One Thing for Yourself
Enjoy a quiet moment — sip your coffee, listen to music, or just breathe.
Tip: This is your time. No screens, no rushing.
